Evergreen has advised AGIDENS, a Belgian company and leading provider of industrial process automation solutions, owned by the investment group Ackermans & van Haaren, during the whole process of acquisition of 100% stake in Automatismos Girona, S.L. (AUGI), based in Gerona (Spain) and specialized in supplying discrete applications and process automation to industrial industries. With this acquisition, AGIDENS marks a strategic expansion of its footprint in the Spanish industrial automation sector.
The M&A team was led by Ignacio Freire, with the support of Celia Gil and Guillermo Albarracín, and Cristina González Olivares, partner in the employment area.
